Jollyn Mwisongo
Jollyn Mwisongo is Joesta Construction President & CEO with 20+ years of industry experience. Ms. Mwisongo has created comprehensive strategies in support of Minority and Women-owned Businesses Enterprise goals and implemented diversity programs from small to billion-dollar construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Also, unique to the ACARI brand, is a systematic process that measures the key performance indicators and detailed reporting to key stakeholders. Ms. Mwisongo actively serves as a board member for a number of advocacy and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Mwisongo received a Master of Business Administration & Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Law from Bangalore University. Certificate in Contract Compliance (ACCA) from Morgan State University.

Tony Radican
Tony Radican is Joesta Construction Vice President with over 40 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with a recent emphasis on K-12 school construction and construction material distribution. Tony has worked on commercial projects ranging from $500k to $70 million in value. Tony’s experience in completing projects on schedule and on budget varies from simple jobs (Job Order Contracts) through complete restorations and extensions. He has cultivated many long-term relationships with subcontractors throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Tony believes that creating and maintaining long-term relationships with subcontractors is critical to effectively completing construction projects.

Joesta incentivizes employees to achieve professional license and membership in professional societies by paying for licensure (100 percent reimbursement upon completion) and membership costs. Tuition reimbursement of up to 100 percent is available to all full-time employees for pre-approved courses.
